ADDITIONAL VILLATEL RESORT DETAILS

Villatel Terms & Conditions

A 4-night minimum stay is required.
$222 is collected at the time of the booking.
- $200 is a non-refundable deposit credited toward your final stay and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled for any reason.
- $22 is a one-time, non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation on or after 30 days prior to arrival will be charged an additional $85 at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation on or after 7 days prior to arrival is subject to be charged an additional one night's room and tax.
Cards may be charged for two night's room and tax for a no show.
Booking fees and cancellation terms are per reservation and per property and are not waived when cancelling and rebooking an alternate property.
Payment Terms: 30-days prior to arrival date, the full amount due (minus the $200 deposit) will be automatically charged to the card on file by Villatel Orlando Resort.
